ABD provides paid advertising, listing preparation, and promotional services for Alabama businesses. Because our services involve professional review, content preparation, publication, and promotion, the following refund terms apply.
Business Review & Approval
- All submitted businesses are reviewed prior to publication.
- If your business does not meet our listing or community standards and is declined before listing preparation begins, you will receive a full refund immediately.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
ABD – Alabama Business Directory annual memberships are billed at $149.99 per year and may be canceled at any time by the member.
If a cancellation request is made during the subscription period, refunds may be issued on a monthly prorated basis for the unused portion of the annual membership. The monthly service value is calculated at $12.50 per month.
Refunds are calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = $149.99 − ($12.50 × Months of Service Used)
Please note:
No refunds are issued for services already rendered.
Refunds apply only to the unused portion of the subscription period.
Once canceled, the account will remain active until the cancellation process and refund calculation are completed.
Disapprovals: If a submission is declined after purchase for not meeting our community standards, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
By purchasing an ABD membership, you acknowledge and agree to these refund and cancellation terms.
Price Lock Benefit
If enrolled in a subscription plan, your rate remains locked as long as your subscription remains active. Although future rates may increase, your renewal rate will not increase while your plan remains uninterrupted.

- This policy does not limit consumer rights guaranteed by applicable law.
