ABD provides paid advertising, listing preparation, and promotional services for Alabama businesses. Because our services involve professional review, content preparation, publication, and promotion, the following refund terms apply.

Business Review & Approval

All submitted businesses are reviewed prior to publication.
If your business does not meet our listing or community standards and is declined before listing preparation begins, you will receive a full refund immediately.

Listings & Promotional Services

Once listing preparation, preview creation, or content development begins, payments become non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after your business listing or preview page has been published.
No refunds will be issued once promotional placement within the ABD network has started.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once services are active.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that ABD begins professional review and preparation shortly after purchase.

Price Lock Benefit

If enrolled in a subscription plan, your rate remains locked as long as your subscription remains active. Although future rates may increase, your renewal rate will not increase while your plan remains uninterrupted.

Policy Updates

ABD reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
The most current version will always appear on this page.
This policy does not limit consumer rights guaranteed by applicable law.
